HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
At the moment, we cannot provide you with a real-time tracking mechanism of your order. However, we will keep you updated from your order placement to the delivery. Our usual estimated time of delivery is 12-15 days. Although, we make our best efforts to deliver your products within 10 days. But, in some rare cases, if we fail to fulfil our promise, we will proactively call or email to keep you updated with the delivery status. WHAT SHOULD I CHECK AFTER THE PRODUCT ASSEMBLY/ DELIVERY?
1. Please check the product for any unfinished patches, pests/ borers infestation, cracks, splitting and chip-offs.
2. Any lack of shine or dust shall be fixed by us on-spot, by applying liquid wax and finishing it with a soft cloth.
3. Our delivery team will take care of all product assemblies. The same is done to ensure all nuts and bolts are intact.
4. Please pre-plan the position for wall installed products prior to delivery for easy assembly. Also, ensure you have taken necessary measures before drilling etc.
5.The internal storage polishes may turn out to be different however, these storages are well-finished and will not contain splinters.
6. Wood is a natural product and may contain different grain patterns and knots which are otherwise generally acceptable. However, it does not affect the structure of the product but will be fixed with putty or polished during our stringent quality check processes.
- If the products have been damaged after use, no return or refund is applicable.
- Do not let slight design or colour variations worry you. Wood occurs naturally in different shades and these variations are acceptable.
- If an outdated or incorrect delivery address is provided, requests for refund or return will not be entertained.
